Abstract
|
|
|
A case of Duchenne type of progressive Muscular dystrophy has been experienced in a 8 year old boy. The clinical symptomes were sarted before 6 years old of age and progressed insidiously.
The creatine and creatinine ratio was remarkably increased and high titer of SGOT noted.
The muscle biopsy findings showed typical, advanced histological changes.
